Consultation
We meet at your garage and go through what each car needs.

Onboarding
We open a record for each car, agree on access and draw up a plan.
You sign a power of attorney for each car.

Through the year
When something is due, we drive the car to the dealer and bring it back.

Once a month
You receive one message on where each car stands, and one statement with the dealers' invoices.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
What we take care of.
A record for each car – its history, service intervals, inspection dates and where its tyres are stored.
A plan for the year – every service, tyre change and inspection, agreed with you once a year.
Every trip to the dealer – we collect the car from your garage, film a walk-around video, check the work when it is done and bring the car back.
Seasonal tires – two changes a year, booked and driven to the dealer or the tyre hotel, with storage arranged.
The paperwork – insurance renewals, vignette, road tax, number plates, and registering or deregestering a car.
Your keys, your choice – a second key with us or the code to your own key box, key safe or smart lock.
PRICING
One price, nothing else.
CHF 280 per car, per month
BILLED MONTHLY, END IT ANYTIME
There is no other Avren invoice.
Unplanned trips, for a warning light or a flat tyre, are included.
Service, tires, the tyre hotel, inspection fees, the vignette and plates remain your own costs, at cost – we add no mark-up.
GOOD TO KNOW
– You approve the annual plan once a year. Within it, we book and approve the work.
– Unplanned work at the dealer up to CHF 1'000 we approve and report. Above that, you see the quote first.
– For access, you choose: a second key, or the code to your own key box, key safe or smart lock.
– Each car must be registered and insured in your name, with liability and fully comprehensive cover.
– Detailing is separate – that is Avren Care. Concierge clients receive it on the terms of our Collection plan, with first call on availability.
– Vehicle storage, chauffeur services and errands are not included.
