These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Oesterhaab Services, trading as Avren Detailing (“Avren Detailing”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to clients (“you”, “customer”).
By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

​

• We provide professional detailing services for cars, yachts, and private aircraft.

• Service descriptions, durations, and indicative prices are available on www.avren.ch.

• All services are performed on-site at the customer's address, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in writing.

• Full payment is due immediately after service completion, unless agreed otherwise.

• We accept credit/debit card, cash, and other payment methods indicated on our website.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance free of charge.

• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the total service price.

• No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

5. Liability

​

• We exercise the utmost care with every vehicle, vessel, or aircraft.

• However, we are not liable for:

   

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or wear.

  • Damage arising from undisclosed material conditions (e.g. weak leather, brittle plastics).

  • Loss of valuables left inside the vehicle.

   

• Our liability is limited to gross negligence or intent as defined under Swiss law.

6. Warranty & Complaints

​

• If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us at the time of handover.
  We will make reasonable efforts to remedy defects on-site.

• After acceptance of the service, warranty claims are excluded.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

• Place of jurisdiction: Zug, Switzerland.
