Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services provided by Oesterhaab Services, trading as Avren Detailing ("we", "us"), Rigistrasse 27A, 6331 Hünenberg, Zug, to its customers ("you").
By booking a service, you accept these Terms.

Services. We provide vehicle care: routine maintenance (washes, interior and exterior details) carried out at a location you provide, and paint correction and ceramic coating carried out at our studio. Service descriptions and indicative prices are set out on our website.

Quotes and bookings. Prices for correction and coating are confirmed once we have seen the car, in person or from photographs, and may be adjusted for its actual condition and size. A booking is binding once we have confirmed a date and time with you.

Prices and payment. Prices are in Swiss francs. We are not currently registered for VAT, and no VAT is charged. Payment is due on completion, by card or TWINT. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.

Access and requirements. For work carried out at your location, you provide safe access to the vehicle, together with power and water. If these are unavailable on arrival, we may reschedule the visit, and a call-out fee of CHF 30 may apply.

Rescheduling and cancellation. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. For cancellations at shorter notice or missed appointments, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service price.

Your vehicle. Please remove personal belongings before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please tell us in advance of any existing damage, modifications or sensitive areas.

Results. Detailing improves a vehicle's condition but cannot guarantee the removal of every defect. The results of paint correction depend on the type and condition of the paint, which we will discuss with you beforehand.

Liability. We carry full liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and excludes pre-existing damage, wear, or defects inherent to the vehicle. Claims must be raised with us within 7 days of the service.

Workmanship. If any part of a completed service is not to the agreed standard, tell us within 3 days and we will put it right at no further charge.

Photographs. We may photograph our work. Images are published or used for marketing only with your consent, in line with our privacy policy.

Data protection. We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zug.

Severability. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

Changes. We may update these Terms; the version published at the time of booking applies.
