1. Service Deposits & Payments

​

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Final payment is due immediately after service completion.

 

2. Cancellation

 

• Free rescheduling up to 12 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment: we charge you 15% of the service you booked.

• No-shows: up to 100% of service fee may be charged.

 

3. Refunds

​

• Services already performed are non-refundable.

• If you are dissatisfied, please inform us immediately at handover.

• We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue on-site.

 

4. Legal Basis

​

This policy is governed by Swiss law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.
