How it works
Five quiet steps.
Consultation
We look at the car, its history and documents, value it in writing and agree your minimum price and timing.
Mandate and preparation
Mandate and power of attorney signed; a Full Detail at the Avren Studio, photographs, and the dossier – specification, history, condition report, known defects in your words.
Finding the buyer
Our own clients and contacts first, with written dealer offers as a reference – the floor we recommend. Advertised only with your consent – then in selected places.
Viewings and test drives
Every call and enquiry is ours, every buyer’s identity checked. Viewings by appointment at the Avren Studio, never your home; test drives accompanied, ID and licence copied. A written report at least every 14 days.
Completion
We sign for you under the power of attorney, or you sign with the buyer yourself. The buyer pays your account by bank transfer; the car is handed over only once the full amount shows in your own e-banking. We handle the plates and papers; the final record is yours.

Collector cars above CHF 500’000 are welcome.
If the car is not sold
No sale, no fee.
We charge only the work already done – and only if you:
- withdraw the car
- sell it elsewhere during the mandate
- turn down an offer at or above your minimum price
- set your minimum above our written valuation and the car does not sell.
Then we invoice the Full Detail at its standard price – CHF 480, 580 or 620 for Compact, SUV or Exotic – and, once the car is photographed and its dossier prepared, a dossier fee of CHF 1’500 for photography, documentation and valuation.

Included
The fee includes the Full Detail, photography, dossier and written valuation. Listings, only with your consent, are charged at cost.
When it is due
Earned once the contract is signed and the full price has reached you; invoiced after the handover, payable by bank transfer within 30 days. No fee if the buyer does not pay.
Mandate
Exclusive for 90 days, renewable by agreement 30 days at a time; you can end it any time (work done is charged, as above). If we end it without cause on your side, nothing is owed.
The car
At the Avren Studio until handover, registered and insured in your name – liability and fully comprehensive.
Leased or financed
Only with the lessor’s or lender’s written consent, and the lease or loan settled before handover.
Prices
Only your minimum price limits what we may agree. At or above it, we may sign in your name under the power of attorney – after telling you the buyer and the terms.
Payment
We act as broker – the contract is between you and the buyer, with the deposit it sets paid into your account. We never hold the price, accept cash or charge the buyer.
Extra costs
Paint Correction only where it clearly pays, agreed in writing at Studio prices; day plates, a pre-sale inspection or transport only with your prior consent, at cost.
Later sales
The fee is still due on a sale to a buyer we demonstrably introduced – by a viewing, a test drive or a recorded offer – during the mandate or 6 months after.
Valuation
An estimate, not a promise; the description rests on what you tell us.
Not offered
Buying cars, trade-ins, financing, instalments.
