How it works
Planned once, handled all year.
Consultation
We go through what each car needs – at your garage, if you wish.
Onboarding
You approve the annual plan and sign the agreement; each car’s registered holder signs a power of attorney.
Through the year
When something is due, we drive the car to the dealer or tyre hotel and back, and check the work – the two trips are ours.
Once a month
A message on where each car stands, and one statement with the dealers’ invoices.

One price, one invoice.

- Included
- Every trip, planned or not – a warning light, a flat tyre. No onboarding, call-out or kilometre fee.
- Your costs
- Services, repairs, tyres, tyre hotel, inspection fees, vignette, plates – invoiced to the holder, paid by you directly. Road tax you pay to the canton.
- No mark-up
- No commission. We never pay a dealer or hold your money; small official fees – inspection, vignette, day plates – we can advance at cost, on the monthly statement.

The annual plan
Approved by you once a year; within it, we book and approve.
Summer and winter tyres
Two changes a year, each car driven to the tyre hotel and back, the storage arranged.
Every dealer trip
A walk-around video at collection; work and invoice checked against the quote before we leave the dealer.
The paperwork
Plates, inspections, registering and deregistering, recalls and claim reports – in the holder’s name, under the power of attorney.
Your keys
A second key in the Avren Studio safe, or your key box, key safe or smart-lock code. Every use logged; never left in a car.

The work
Done by the dealer or tyre hotel, never by us.
Unplanned work
Up to CHF 1’000 per event, approved by us and reported to you; above, your decision on the dealer’s quote.
Your cars
Throughout: garaged in canton Zug, registered to you or your household, insured with liability and fully comprehensive cover.
Fuel and fines
Fuel or charge for our trips comes from the car; fines from our driving are ours.
Detailing
Avren Care, on Collection terms, with first call on availability.
Not included
Storage, chauffeur services, errands, cars outside canton Zug.
Ending
Any time, by email or message – to the month’s end, or earlier if you ask, the unused days refunded. We give one month’s notice. Keys, documents and records come back to you.
